MAKING A RESERVATION

Should I make a reservation or just walk in?

We always recommend making a reservation, as Esmée is often fully booked. However, if you find yourself in the neighborhood, you are very welcome to drop by. We usually reserve a few seats at the counter for walk-ins.

Can we book two smaller groups and be seated close together?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Our seating policy is designed to ensure a smooth service and the best experience for all guests.

BAR AREA

The bar strictly first comes, first served. We do not make reservations for this area.

Please note that we do not serve lunch or dinner in the bar, only drinks and snack

PREPARING YOUR VISIT

How do I know I have a reservation?

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email immediately.

Two days before your visit, you will receive a confirmation link. We kindly ask you to confirm your reservation, so we know you are still joining us.

Does Esmée offer parking?

Yes. Each reservation includes a 30% discount at selected nearby parking facilities.

DOG POLICY

We aim to maintain a calm and discreet atmosphere where guests can enjoy their experience without disturbance.

Dogs are welcome at Esmée, but only in the Orangerie or at Kongens Nytorv, and always on our terms. If a dog barks, makes noise, or disturbs other guests, we may kindly ask that it is removed from the restaurant.

If you bring a dog, the following rules always apply:

• Dogs must be kept on a leash • Dogs must always remain on the floor or ground • Dogs may not be fed inside the restaurant • Staff are not permitted to touch or handle dogs

We are always happy to provide a bowl of water and look forward to welcoming you and your dog at Esmée.
